I started learning Muay Thai starting of this year, Jan 6th. It was at Tampines North CC. The fee is $100/8 sessions.

For my first training, we learned about basic moves such as jab, cross, hook, upper cut, elbow works and such. For the next few lessons we revise these moves and slowly move into other moves such as how to block kicks and punches. Starting from 4th training, we started our pad work. We did things like tacking hooks and jab. By the 8th training, i became familiar with most of the moves.  Read more »»
