How to prevent cramps
I'm having cramps on my calf muscles for 2 out of my 3 classes after repeated heavy kicks, even though I already drink plenty of water and did warm-ups. Any good ways to prevent it?
Take some isotonic drinks about 1 hr before your training and keep yourself constantly hydrated throughout the training session. Alternatively, take a pack of energy gel 1/2 way through the session.

i get crambs easily too.
for mi no matter how many 100+ or H2O i drink also no use. i usually eat banana and more fruits on training days.

lack of magnesium could also be a reason....
hmm dont know what is that. so can we counter that with anything? this topic interest mi alot, as i get alot of cramps.. i dont want 1 fine day in the ring wanna fight, while doing wai kru, got leg cramps and consider KO. haha.













Your body probably lacks salt as per se. Isotonic drinks, H20, 100 plus, gatorade are drinks that will help to replace body fluids & salts at the same time.
