punching bags

hi, i was just wondering which punching bag is better for muay thai? is it muay thai punching bag (fairtex, etc) or the normal punching bag, for boxing (everlast/lonsdale)? can we use the normal one for muay thai, since we r kicking n punching it? also, do the retailers provide an installation service if we buy from them? thanks

its ok bro, for a while i tot i posted wrongly.. anw, im not too sure about punching bags, coz its my first time coming across one, hahaha. but, im pretty sure interested in muay thai!

Doesn't matter what kind of bag as long as you kick one. There's one at HV - it's 20 years old!!!
