Tbh 14 oz the size abit weird uh. Usually ppl would get 16oz for sparring and 10oz or 12 oz for padwork/bagwork, from what I know. Its alright, hope you'll find what you want.

Haha. I don't know leh. Mine is for sparring and abit of padwork. 16oz like for heavyweight one sia. Haha. Okay thanks still!!
