Cheating MMA fighters out of money is potentially a health hazard

A mixed martial arts event scheduled for this Saturday in Macau has been cancelled amidst allegations that the promoter has embezzled nearly $13 million in Hong Kong currency. Damien Roche, the promoter and former Director of the Kontact MMA Training Center in Hong Kong, is in hiding.
Fighters scheduled to compete on the card, including Strikeforce signee Carina “Beauty But The Beast” Damm, were stranded in Macau after it was discovered that all hotel rooms and return flights had been cancelled. The fighters are now pursuing alternative means of returning home.

kontact was a good place to train... were you training there too?

didnt train there, only gone for trial there... kind of expensive place for expats, and trainers mainly ang moh... was training at swish club, where most trainers are thai from fairtex...
Apparently, this dude caused closure of Kontact, one of the reputable MT & MMA gym in HK. All of the trainers have not been paid for 2m and the owner forced to file bankruptcy as he dried up the gym's cash.
