I'm Leo, 2 weeks old and need some tips for training!

This is the first community I join, just to say hello and put up a challenge for year 2025. I should be ranked at Lumpini by then. But before that I have to learn walking and using the toilet all that. First, should I start with push-ups or sit-ups?? My dad already teach me shadow boxing and that is going well, but he says it's not enough...

Hi Leo, and welcome to the wonderful world of Muaythai!
Muaythai is a full-body workout! So on top of doing all those sittups and pushups, make sure you work on strengthening your whole body! Also, don’t forget about flexibility!!
Find yourself a good club with a trainer you trust and believe in, and I have no doubt, you will ‘grow up’ to be a fantastic fighter!
