Hi All,
Anyone else has purchased the power balance wrist band?
Think I just got cheated.
The company has just been sued for big $$$ in Australia and UL .The company is giving full refunds to anyone whom has purchased it, do you think we can get refunds here in Singapore.

Vivo City, one of those small shops.
I heard one of the Muay Thai Gyms in Singapore has been pushing this product to their students.

balance comes from within
Lots of exercises out there, here's some simple exercises to help train balance( C would help to complement roundhouse training too):
A: Stand on 1 leg for 30secs ; repeat each side
B: Repeat A with eyes closed 
C: Stand 1 leg (eyes open now), using the elevated leg kick to the back, side, and front, do 5-8x and repeat for each side
D: Tip toe and close eyes, target to maintain 30secs 
And of course if you have a Bosu ball, its a great tool too

No bro, I'm sure you're not the only one. Have you visited that shop since you found out about the news?
I mean, reading all the benefits and endorsements makes one think: "this is real"!
But probably the only things which affect one's balance are alcohol and drugs...
