Yeah any hotels to recommend? I've been to tiger a few times. Would like to try out sinbi.

The Sinbi gym is about a 10 min bike/tuktuk ride away from hotels on the beaches.
I asked a tuk tuk driver how much for a week everyday to take me there and back. Ofcouse it was way to much. So i asked the gym, they said the trainner will pick me up and drop me back for an extra 150 bhat a day. So thats what i did. Or you could hire a bike for the week.

I stayed at the Centara in Karon beach. It was great, just far away from Sinbi.

If I was fitter I would find the closest hotel to the gym, and run to the gym each day, but it would be a b!tc# of a run.

You could stay at the gym, but unless you had a bike, there would be nothing to do all day when you were not training.
