i understand your budget constraints as a student, but even if u get a cheap place, don't u care abt the gym's facilities? instructors? accessibility etc..? for eg, r u sure you want to drive/take a bus to the gym all the time? or would you prefer one within walkin distance of an mrt etc..
for the price u mentioned, u could try fight G.. and some other gyms have student rates as well..such as vanda. for a gym that offers a variety of martial arts, i think you can consider bxg or fightworks.
i wouldn start on all 3 martial arts simultaneously though.. personally i think it's better to learn one style first..it's not easy just learning one at a time..
guys but learning mma is equivalent to learning all the martial arts alr so i might as well try to focus on all at the same time. does impact have a lot of girls? thanks <3
Impact does have a few girls training there. I just joined and th training there is tough but practical and the ppl there are friendly
try out impact, or the trail class!
Be formless, like water.
Be water my friend.

All MT gyms in Singapore have many girls of all ages learning MT. What does your "unlimited" refer to? - No. of lessons per week/day or No. of various classes per week/day (BJJ,MMA,etc). Have you tried calling or visiting all the MT gyms on their fees/packages?
Learning all 3 martial arts in Singapore isnt cheap at all, if it doesnt meet your budget, you may want to try to settle learning MT first and the cheapest you can find is at Community Centres/clubs.
