Hi and welcome. The best advice is to search the forums, plenty of info about it...

Fight Work Asia($150 per month Unlimited)

BXG Fitness($180 per month Unlimited)

suphanahong($200 per month Unlimited)

AS Fitness($160 8 lessons)

Punch Academy($250 for 20 lessons)

I copy from one of the forum and adjust a little bit tought it might help. I have been to evolve trial..Really best but too expensive for me. U want comfort, class and training from champions thats the place.

All the unlimited packages mentioned above - what does it mean? unlimited usage of the gym facilities daily or unlimited training from the muaythai instructors daily? which is which? Thanks.

If I am not wrong, all these gyms have websites and their contact info is there. You can call them and enquire directly from them. Smiling

Just to add on for AS Fitness, Alvin actually have student pricing. If you're a student between 13-18, its $120 for 8 lessons.

For unlimited training (regardless of age) it's $180/ month. All information from the gym's website. Hope it helps

I was just at BNM for a trial and I can confirm- 74/month BNM for students if you get a one-year contract. If you get monthly its 100/month and I forget how much it costs for a 3 month one. The reason I remember is because I was wishing I was still a student! hehe

I know but is it self training or with the group sessions with the instructors?

Some gyms offer unlimited as in self training at the gym anytime and some gyms offer unlimited as in joining in the group sessions with the instructors. Some gyms also offer both. You get what I mean? Smiling

I thought this buddy systen training is no more in practice in S'pore MT gyms:-k , it was intially used by a few gyms because of the lack of instructors and it was scrapped because alot of injuries by trainee/s pad holders who were not taught the proper technique in the holding pads and who were not experience and trained to take in the impact of the person kicking/punching the pads. The only good side about this pad holder thingy is that for those who were taught the proper technique can use their experience in training others outside classes or become assistant instructors.

Fightg used to have trial classes where you can tryout for 1 lesson, not sure if they still do it now. Think

IMHO, it'll be better to visit the various gyms you're interested in, see how they conduct the training, or join them for a trial class before committing. What one person find acceptable might not be to your taste. Since you mentioned that budget is an issue, shouldn't you make sure that you get your money's worth for the training? Eye

Cheers
