Buakaw vs petrosyan final
thats all we can hope for.
it would be the matchup of the decade.
anything else would be a disappointment.
im secrectly hoping buakaw would win as the first 3 time champ.
but i knw even if he dint, it would still be a good fight among the 2.

Dont understand how on earth did Sower won against BPP. Even in the extra round, i dont see how Sower win the match.
Anyway, Justice previal. Petroysan destoryed Sower without break a sweat. It would be a better fight if BPP were to fight him.

Buakaw was dominating round 1. I think round 3 also went to Buakaw. Don't see why it even went to extra round, except for unfair judging. No way the extra round went to Souwer.

No fucking way Souwer won man...damn! I really felt cheesed off they whole day today because of this bs decision man! only good thing that came out of the tournament was Petro...he and yod need to fight!

i saw it live at yokohama arena.
zambidis lost to hinata cos he couldnt close down the distance. hinata had too much range with the left kicks.
buakaw v souwer:
judges scored rd1 10-9 to buakaw, rd2 10-10, rd3 9-10 to souwer. extra rd 9-10 souwer.
in rd3, ref gave buakaw a 1 pt deduction for clinching. throughout the 3 rds, both fights were actively clinching, buakaw owning in the clinch obviously. ref warned both fighters, esp buakaw. ref even said buakaw, plomb mai dai na. buakaw stopped clinching. however souwer continued and was getting many free knees. buakaw was bewildered and decided to continue clinching since souwer didnt stop. and finally, ref deducted 1 pt from buakaw. extra round was pretty even but believe souwer was the busier fighter, moving forward most of the time.

of course in my heart, I hope it would be Buakaw.
Though I hope for some new techniques from the other three.
Bring something new to the table to showcase to the world.
Would there be anywhere to watch this event? Maybe we could get together and watch it live !
