How to be REALLY good at skipping?
hi,
I'm wondering is there any other way to be really good at skipping apart from practice, practice and more practice?
I do endurance runs and hit the gym regularly for weight training but i just can't skip for more than 2 minutes non-stop. I know if i make a point to skip everyday i will be able to skip continuously for 5min one day but what i don't understand is despite me being so active in sports i can't achieve what i think i should be achieving at this point.
HAs anyone being thru this same stage as me? Any advice?
I'm the opposite from you, I can skip but can't run to save my life. Anyway I think its all about rhythm, once you get into the "groove" it makes things easier. Don't be too stiff and relax abit, I've seen people skipping with the whole body so stiff it looks like a frozen corpse

yup had used the advice from skip fit system and pass them onto my clients. In less than 30mins, they are able to grasp the concept and improved their eye-hand-leg coordination of the rope turning
