After you kick, your kick leg must put down in the right position (the position that you can kick again by no need to adjust it again.)

Hi bro,

Push Kick - Practice doing them over a chair (about waist height). That means you extend your kick over the chair, then pull it back toward you and land. The chair prevents you from swinging your leg down to land and forces you to control your kick. This trains your balance, technique, and your push kick strength. It sounds easy, but I guarantee just a few reps and you'll feel the burn in your thighs and quads.

Kicking Faster on Pads - Twist your hips and pivot your supporting foot more. This gives you more torque and speed in your kicks. Not to mention more power.

Hope that helped. =)

Agree with the push kicks over waist level chair method...forces you to raise your knees up before pushing out! That was how I managed to correct my teeps when was a beginner... Applause

The chair drill is excellent for both push and roundhouse.
Just make sure that seat is facing you.

WIth the seat as an obstacle, this will then force you to extend your leg and retract in the same trajectory.Reason being, fatigue might just tempt you into dropping your leg onto the ground once you make contact with the back rest.

For the roundhouse, you can also perform the same thing by kicking OVER the back rest and landing onto the opposite side . Reset back into fighting stance and go again Smiling

A suggested routine is 20x each leg alternating between left and right legs. for at least 3sets with 30-45secs interval between sets. DO this everyday (yea hardcore!!!) or every other day and you will hone your skills to kill Smiling
