i dont know what to fill in my punching bag

so yeah, i got a 4ft fairtex punching bag from some shop in haji lane. but its empty. the guy told me to fill it in with clothes that i dont wanna use. but i cant possibly fill up the huge punching bag with clothes. thats gonna cost me a lot of clothes mann. so any ideas on how to fill up my punching bag?

should i just put my whole tshirt in or cut it into small pieces?

Either leftovers from the tailor shops, as Surapon suggested, or call all your relatives, friends, everyone you know and I'm sure they'll be happy to lend you a hand. Remember to remove all the buttons, zippers, etc, from the clothes, cut them into stripes around 5 cm wide and not longer than half a meter, then stuff them real good into the bag with a broomstick. Old curtains are also fine.
The first option is usually preferred since a tailor shop can produce a lot of rags a day. If you put whole clothes in you might end up with pockets of air around the bag, that's why is better to have stripes or smaller pieces. And make sure you don't damage the bag from inside with the broomstick.

That must be cloth that we don,t need.
I use small remnant of clothes from toilor'shop.
