Long time since I posted here
Hi all..Its been some time since i posted here...almost 3 years in fact. Anyway just wanna get myself reaquainted with everyone here. Was out because I injured myself, fracturing my arm and my leg in early 2011. But now I'm back in action, training at Vanda boxing gym under Zig Zach and Terence Tong, as well as Kru Fad Paiyak preparing for my fight in Pattaya and Chaiyaphum in Thailand in Dec 2012.
So anyway I would like to ask some tips on weight loss, as I want to down my weight category. Right now I am heavy weight (99KG). If I dont down my weight category i have to fight someone almost 20KG heavier, so any tips?
I guess when you lose weight, you have to think about your energy levels and strength wise. It's more about adapting to it.
Skipping helps with 45 mins of light jogging. You would always have to watch what you eat. If you dont want to diet with chicken breast everyday then I think you really have to watch what you eat and eat often to lose weight. 6 meals if possible.
I am training at bias' gym and I hope to fight next time. How many fights have you fought thus far?
