Pain behind shin? huh?
normally after skipping and kicking the bags for a Lot of times, i get a pain the stretch of tendon (i think) behind the shin bone after 1 day. it's at the inside of the leg and the pain is between the calf muscle and the back of the shin bone.
it's like the shin splint pain we get after intense running but instead of on the outside of the leg, the stretch of pain is inside of the leg. does anyone get that? there is no stretching to relieve it unlike the normal shin splint and it hurts like a s.o.b when i try to rub it down with medicated oil. normally lasts slightly less than a week and i can't run or jump without being distracted by the pain.
been to the chinese sinseh and i was recommended to oil and beat down the area lightly with a bunch of chopsticks before training.. any ideas?
sorry for the confusion, it's at the side of the shin bone (inside of my leg) but facing rearward. normally our shin splint pain is on the outside of the leg and at the side of the shin bone, this one is parallel to it.
found it liao.. it's posterior shin splints.. instead of normal shin splint, this one is behind the leg instead.. anyway, it got better once i stretched more often.

don't know what to say bro... sounds weird... behind the shin??!? ...
