what is your daily diet?
what do you guys normally eat everyday? for breakfast, lunch, dinner? i mean do you people eat out and what do you snack on? i always eat out because nobody cooks and i don't have the time to cook. thing is, i'm always hungry, i can eat like a plate of nasi lemak + 3 soft boiled eggs for breakfast, chap chye peng for lunch and noodles or rice for dinner AND i am hungry by ~11pm before i try to sleep. i don't like to snack but it seems that i have no choice liao. i hate to buy nuts, bars or banananananas every week.. so leceh lor
what would you all recommend for someone who is always hungry? i'm a little active, workout twice per week (once at my mt gym and another my own skipping) but that's it. i'm 170cm and 63kg, used to be 65 but it disappeared and i don't know how to gain it back. been pigging out a lot lately to try gaining it but all i noticed is a little more flab over my abs instead fuck
really sucks when the stomach growls when you're trying to sleep. need to get out of bed, find something to eat and brush teeth again..
A glass of warm milk should do the trick

I think some milk or milo or ovaltine helps just before you sleep. Eating solid food probably isn't going to be so good just before bedtime.
Politicians and diapers must be changed often and usually for the same reason.
