Anyone training there? Hows the training like? Ive been to a trial class bjj, they have nice facilities, including a cage. Their bjj prof hs abit of a language barrier when teaching. Interested to hear from regular students. Hows the new mt coach?

I searched a few threads and couldn't find any qualified muay thai gym/school in jurong area. I heard of bia's gym but i guessed it is closed. Anymore muay thai gym/school in this area? I am looking for a good muay thai gym which has good trainers who teach you the real art of muay thai. I am making a trip to bangkok just to visit this gym for 4 days in july.

We are really interested and passionate on learning, we are getting the gloves soon but there seem to be no gym that gives us affordable rates as we are paying on our own? I've even heard of gyms that have free classes? I don't know.. Someone please help. (:

hi, i was just wondering which punching bag is better for muay thai? is it muay thai punching bag (fairtex, etc) or the normal punching bag, for boxing (everlast/lonsdale)? can we use the normal one for muay thai, since we r kicking n punching it? also, do the retailers provide an installation service if we buy from them? thanks

Anyway, I'm in my early thirties and wants to start training before it's too late for me. But due to work commitments, my working hrs is something like 10am - 8pm daily including sat and sun, with 1-2 days off per week, but not fixed. Had wanted to join those CC classes as they seem to be the cheapest and a good way for me to get a feel of things, but their timing is difficult to arrange and when I managed to fix up a schedule, the class got postponed due to lack of participants (TWICE!!) and I had to withdraw.  Read more »»
