Hi guys, im planning to train MT soon and need help on a gym.

Im 17 and just finished my o levels and would like a gym wear i can train Muay Thai, BJJ and if possible, MMA at the same time.

I need advice on quality of training and the trainers. that is the only factor. prices, location, i have no problems.

Hi guys, i've been scouring the internet for information on how to organise a fight in Singapore but haven't been able to find anything.

Does anyone on the forum know? For example, where to get a ring from, where to get certified referees from etc. Also, who are the people who organise the fights in Singapore? I've been to a few at Jurong East.. i'm wondering how they managed to transport the ring into the sports complex.

I'm trying to organise a friendly fight thing for my company.

I'm having cramps on my calf muscles for 2 out of my 3 classes after repeated heavy kicks, even though I already drink plenty of water and did warm-ups. Any good ways to prevent it?

Hi guys , i am 16 yrs old and planning to register at BXG Gym after my exams in mid october . However i am unsure if i will be accepted by them as i have scoliosis(a kind of spinal disease) . However it does not really affect me at all . So i am wondering if i can join MT .

I'll be moving to Singapore in a week and am looking for a MT gym that offers regular sparring as part of the class. If not, a gym that offers a separate pure sparring class, maybe once a week or something.

I'm not looking for schools that do not offer sparring at all. From the threads I have read, it looks like most classes from majority of school just offer pad/bag works and not much else.
