Hi all !

I'm wondering if anybody here ever expirience mild headache after punching bag ?
Around 2 or 3 hours after the exercise.

Is this indication of medical issue ? Or just body getting used to new movement ?
Anybody knows any medication for this ?

I recently bought the 4ft fairtex bag from the muay thai shop. However, I am having a lot of trouble filling the bag :(
I tried filling it with sand, as it seemed like the easiest option to me, but i filled the bag with 40 kg of sand and it was only quarter way full, and already weighed the supposed 90 pounds! I researched on the internet abt how to fill, and there are numerous things like bits of clothing, pieces of tyres etc etc. However I dont know where to get any of these materials
Please help me out!

My punching bag is starting to get really irritating because it swings like no ones business when I punch or kick(I've no idea whether its my punch and kick that is strong or the bag that is light )

Anyway, Is it possible to like add weight on the bag(sand or rocks in the middle of the bag then covered with cloth outside), if so will it tear the bag even much faster? Or Should I just get a new damn bag :S

I am looking for a public gym with punching bags and mat that allows me to make a one-time booking fee without the need for membership. Is there any available, because from what I know all gyms need you to register for the courses to use the gyms?

I am not practising muay thai, but kick boxing and some workout.

has anyone have had their punching bag falling off the ceiling before? i'm staying in an hdb flat..and my parents, esp my dad is worried that it'll fall..i purchased the bag already..and the guys will be coming in to install it in a few hours time...oops..so..yeah..juz wanna check..my bag's the 30 inch kind from liang seng..hm..i think it shouldn't be a prob la..what y'all think?
