in fact, chicky and i were actually there last sat at their physical shop at marina square. it just didn't occur to us then to get anything. just looking around at prices.

i won't bore you guys with the details but would just like to say that louis wong appeared about halfway through our class yesterday to announce that he'd won a gold medal that morning in.......... BOXING!

you read right. not muay thai, but boxing.

coach lai was obviously beaming with pride as he held the medal up for all of us to see. louis wong's opponent was formidable, according to him and if he had lost to that guy, it would have been an honor, except that it wasn't the case. heh. louis was just standing at the back with cuts and bruises, humble guy that he is.  Read more »»

it was me and my wife's first day at muay thai workshop (cairnhill cc).

i was looking forward to it a lot. i just hope to avoid getting injured at any point during my time in this journey which would hinder my progress.

i know that i have to do this. i must try to at least challenge myself.

i also have another apprehension.
