Finally managed to got my butt dragged to the gym again! I tell you, worst than not training at all is to take long breaks between the training sessions.
The start wasn't good anyway.
When I was about to do some skipping the class already started to do the stretching part :hysterical: I told to myself: "now I'm being really lazy". That's 'cause I was chatting with my old gym mates whom I haven't see them for a long time and time just flew by.

Just noticed the bandwidth consumption sky-rocketed today. Started digging and found the NLB's web spider crawling away the WHOLE site! That's tons and tons of gigs!!!

Man, I haven't blogged for a long time, too busy and not much happening, except darn politics in the local MT scene.
Today I had a pretty good training session. Amazingly there were only 3 of us, so basically it was a virtual private session. Getting all the attention, maybe a lot more I could handle.

Or not?

Man, my shin is screwed... got a knee (I think) on my shin like a week ago and it still hurts like hell ... I'm fat and slow... only things I can do are teeps and sweeps, I love the sweeps.. actually not the sweeps themselves, but the noise the opponents make when they hit the floor :hysterical: sometimes it's a SPLASH, sometimes a BOOM, the other day was MOTHERXXXXXX!!! XXXX YOU!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!! }:) I still regret that one...
After they get up you can see the wet shape on the canvas }:) :hysterical:

For example the official contender website has only PR 3 (for some dark reason), same with K-1fans.com.

I think I was too hard on my partner today new guy, he did some muay thai about 2 years ago, he was pretty good technically, he likes push kicks, but just been out of shape, and I just low kicked him time after time... plus a couple of high kicks, one even on the back of his head. I mean not hard kicks or anything - we were wearing pads and doing light sparring - but still... Now I'm pretty sorry, I hope he won't quit.
