Finally managed to got my butt dragged to the gym again! I tell you, worst than not training at all is to take long breaks between the training sessions.
The start wasn't good anyway.
When I was about to do some skipping the class already started to do the stretching part :hysterical: I told to myself: "now I'm being really lazy". That's 'cause I was chatting with my old gym mates whom I haven't see them for a long time and time just flew by.
Took really easy on the pads, but when sparring came it was dreadful. Kept trying to sweep my parters' legs, but just couldn't do it. I was doing the same move I was taught eons ago and since then I showed it to a few others, but it just didn't worked
On top of that got punched in the head!!! Last time it was months ago when d_unafraid landed 3 jabs into my nose and before that probably 6 months since anyone touched my my face - with the gloves - that is
Missed my old training buddies...
Anyway, the punch line ( ) is don't stop training completely! It's terrible! If you know you will not have time to train properly (school, exams, job), just make sure you do something else instead. Like skipping for example, that's a good cardio workout.
