WOAH! After not training for 3 weeks due to an overseas trip and not feeling well after the trip, i feel very very heavy going back into the gym today (9/01/2010). I almost puke twice while doing pad works :eek: hahah. Was in a really bad shape. Maybe also because im a dummy and ate before the training. hahaha! so lesson learnt, do not eat before training. maybe just an energy bar or a banana. Tomorrow's another day in the gym. Need my rest.

Yeah... I tried onces
Yeah... I tried onces training with a full tummy, plus I had to spar with my instructor during that lesson. Really hard time sia.
