the wing chun demo was interesting. master chua's students did some sparring and ended the demo with a blindfolded sparring session. then they taught whoever wanted to stay back the basics of wing chun. its not easy to get the technique right! went through the wing chun (ip man, the movie featured wing chun throughout) technique of punches, basic stance and explained how to use "sticky hands" (another wing chun technique), etc...
there's another demo and workshop coming up 7 march at 3.45pm [national library plaza (first floor open space next to hans)]
me and my friends going again, some of us are thinking of joining to improve speed of our punches
