Sorry guys , could not really see the picture as it does not have a URL , but it is just a bolster case stuffed with compressed newspapers hung on a plastic chain
How heavy is it?

not sure though , should be about 5-6kg ? can be better if a heavier filling material is used

I plan to improve on it bit by bit,might increase the weight of it. I won't bring a punching bag to dinner though.
