Welcome! Did you checked out the page with the gyms? Maybe it's time to start comuting. Training with pro is the best, they can teach you stuff you never see on video (maybe 'cause it's too fast :-).

Hi and welcome SaGa! We were all new to the muay thai once.
I started when I had 80kg, now I'm 72 :-) Mastah lost 12 kg last year, only with muay thai. Good luck!
Why did you choose hilltop?

hey bud,

Obesity is a health risk and give yourself a pat on the back for making the decision to do something about it. Being fat does not mean you are abnormal or less of a human being so i dont see why you are not suited for Muay Thai! Go for it buddy!

Well, what I can recommend is to go to the gyms page and visit all of them, pick the one which suits you...

Hi Augustine
Since you stay in Sengkang, I know Alvin Seet conducts classes at Punggol CC, so it's quite near your house.

Check out his web for more info: www.asfitness.com

All the best!
