Hi everyone!
I'm going to take up MT. Went for my noob beginner lesson on Monday. Just wondering, for a complete utter noob, how often can and should one train? Might be age since I'm not recovering from the aches and bruises as fast as I used to.
I wanna train again this week but I'm worried if I go too soon, and with my body still recovering, I might just end up injuring myself more.
I used to run, played hockey in college, now all I ever do is walk and climb stairs. So can imagine what my fitness level is like right now.
