New gym just opened and I'm a student there. Did my first training session yesterday. 90 mins session of skipping, shadow, bagwork, padwork and sparring.
Headed by Ajarn Saming Bootklang and assisted by his son Jak. Fresh new bags, new jigsaw mats and really nice people.
Address is 2 Aliwal Street, Level 3 on top of a KTV place. Just want to spread the news as it'll be good to have more people find out about the place and check out the Saming's quality training as opposed to doing void deck sparring bcos muay thai is not that simple.
Bros, I'm new in here.. Wanting to learn muaythai and be fighting fit w a decent body tone. I've been procastinating for the past 5 yrs and suddenly realised I'm already 33 and not fit as before! Bigger belly and so on..
What trainings and where will you recommend for me to pursue this goal? Or shd I do gym workout and reduce my tummy before joining?
Personal trainer or just join membership? Shd I join the the unlimited access and then go to personal trainers after a few months?
new to muay thai and hope to start learning soon. Can anyone recommend a gym in the West? I checked but it seems that hilltop has moved to havelock road according to their website? The only other gym is Bia's, but there are no websites where I can get more info from. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi everyone, I came across a website of this Muay Thai gym called Impakt Singapore(Academy of Mixed Martial Arts). The gym offers classes for Muay Thai, BJJ, Kyokushin Karate, Krav Maga, Savate and Western Boxing.
Has anyone been training there ? If yes, hows the fees, facilities and trainers ? I am curious to find out as the website seems cool :-k
P.S The spelling is correct. I don't mean "Impact MMA", the MMA gym @ Shenton Way.
