Just returned from the camp. Thought I share a little with my experience there for a week.

Located very near the old airport in Bangkok (Don Mueng Airport) Airasia fly daily into this airport. Taxi ride to the camp is about THB150 max 15 - 20mins ride.

Emailed them few weeks before i travel. Khun Ying (Samart's wife) manages the bookings of the rooms etc..

Damage: THB10,000
(Includes shared Air-con room, daily training twice a day and 2 very good meals in the camp)
Shower and cable T.V in bedroom.

Free Wifi in common areas.

His daughter Saivarun Swatpoklang said her father died at Phramongkutklao hospital following a long battle with cancer.

Mrs Saivarun said Apidet, whose real name was Narong Songmanee, was diagnosed with lung cancer last year and had since been hospitalised.

Nightly prayers are being held at Wat Bang Phli Yai in Samut Prakan until Tuesday and the royally sponsored cremation rites are scheduled on Wednesday.

Bros, I'm new in here.. Wanting to learn muaythai and be fit w a decent body tone. I've been procastinating for the past 5 yrs and suddenly realised I'm already 33 and not fit as before! Bigger tummy and so on..
What trainings and where will you recommend for me to pursue this goal? Or shd I do gym workout and reduce my tummy before joining?
Personal trainer or just join membership? How much does it cost approx?
Checked a few websites and most do not publicise their fees..

Recently, I came across this particular gym which doesn't entertain drop ins. At this particular gym, everyone only gets a trial session. You will be slotted into a group lesson and at the end of the session, you either choose to sign a package and get the fee waive off or you pay for the session. But if you try to go again, they will request you to sign a package before you can step onto the mats.
